Valeting: Our valet
services are guaranteed with a full refund if you are not happy with our
work carried out on your vehicle. Any refunds need to be completed
within 24hrs of service. We will visit you to to find out why you are
not happy and if it cannot be resolved for any reason we will refund
you.
All cars to be valeted will be done on private driveways only, no car parks or shared access/driveways due to too many people complaining about our van in the way/cables/water etc! If we arrive and your car is in the above we will simply not do it!
Car Sales: Our cars are covered with warranty as follows;
Cars priced between £1,000 and £1,800 come with 1 month warranty. Cars over £1,800 have 3 months
warranty. (Full written details will be given to the purchaser.) All cars under £1,000 as sold as seen/trade disposal only and not mechanically inspected.
If a car is found to be faulty whilst under warranty and is;
a. unrepairable b. un-roadworthy c. would cost £1,000 or more to repair
then a refund may be offered. If you had part exchanged a vehicle and we
still have it in stock this will be returned to you plus the remaining
balance. If no part exchange or your part exchange has since been sold
then the balance will be paid to you in full. Deposits for
buying/holding a car is usually cash only minimum 10% of the cars value. This is
NON refundable.
All cards are accepted but Natwest debit cards are very sensitive and usually require us to call the authorisation centre, they will also need to speak to the card holder confirming passwords etc. (This is for large sums over £1,000.) 2% surcharge applies to Credit cards.
